The Difference between private land and well managed National Grasslands

The land on the left is privately owned. The land on the right is federal land on the Fort Pierre National Grasslands. Taller, better-managed grass is why the hunting is so good on this national grasslands. If you put similar management on the other National Grasslands, hunters would be able to enjoy the same calibre of hunting as the do on the FPNG.
