Lakes Oahe and Sakakawea aren't the only Missouri River reservoirs suffering the pain. Take a good look at this ramp on Montana's Fort Peck Reservoir and see if you can see any water. You can lay the blame squarely on the Corps of Engineers, Missouri Political (Mis) Leaders and President Bush, who has sided with Missouri in this battle.
