An Aerial View of Bush's Landing in Low Water

This dramatic shot from the air shows the changes in the Bush's Landing area, the most popular ramp with access to the Cheyenne River Arm. The low water is the result of a lack of conservation of water in Lake Oahe, and the State of Missouri and their policies of floating subsidized barges at the expense of water levels in the Dakotas and Montana, is responsible. SD GFP officials will be chasing water again this summer to assure boaters of access to Lake Oahe.
