Wonder how much the drought and Missouri's downstream "we want it all for ourselves" attitude has hurt South Dakota? This is Whitlock Bay west of Gettysberg. The photo is self explanatory. Meanwhile, Game, Fish & Parks plans to do everything possible to assure anglers of key launching sites. The downstream barge industry is a joke, and shame on Missouri officials for their attitudes, and shame on the President for supporting them for purely political reasons.
