Drought Runoff Outlook - Dismal Forecast

Unless we receive some unprecedented snowfall in March and April, the situation for the Missouri River basin drainage area looks bleak. South Dakota Game, Fish & Parks officials pledge, in spite of record low runoffs and Missouri's stubborness toward protecting subsided barge traffic, to keep adequate boat ramps open. In days to come, we plan to show you some devastating photos, pictures that show how rediculous the downstream political efforts really have become.
