One whole wild goose, cleaned and dried (remove all shot) -or- goose breast . 8 oz. jar of horseradish with vinegar 1 can onion soup 1 pkg dry onion soup Mushrooms if you like
1. Place goose in crockpot.
2. Dump horseradish over breast or into body cavity.
3. Dump in wet soup.
4. Sprinkle dry soup over the bird.
5. Add mushrooms.
6. Slow cook all day.
P.S. I even use this recipe for venison roast. Yum Yum.
