Tony - here is another favorite of mine. I use this for goose and grouse cut into strips as well as dove breast pieces and fish. It is a recipe for chicken strips! The sesame crackers are the key to set this apart from other recipes, though other crackers will do.
The number of geese in the freezer is commensurate to the number of recipes I have!

Hot & Spicy Goose Strips
One half cup Miracle Whip One and one half teaspoons milk One half teaspoon cumin One half teaspoon onion powder one quarter tsp red pepper One quarter tsp garlic powder One half goose breast cut crosswise into strips one quarter inch thick One quarter cup Sesame crackers (crushed)
preheat oven to 425 Mix Miracle Whip, milk and seasonings, lightly dip goose in mixture, coat with cracker crumbs, place on baking sheet, bake for 20 minutes
