INGREDIENTS:
Duck breasts (figure at least one per person) One cup peaches (juice drained) One cup sweet cherries One cup barbecue sauce One cup sweet & sour sauce...available at grocery store
PREPARATION
Grill or panfry the duck, pheasant or chicken to medium at most. Duck is far better medium to medium rare.
Cut meat into small pieces, pour all of the fruit and juices over the breast pieces, serve warm over rice.
