Walleye or panfish fillets 4 eggs, separated 1 cup flour Potatoes, your choice of fried or French fries
To make the batter, separate the eggs. Whisk the egg whites in a bowl until they are stiff. Then add the egg yolks and gently whisk them in. Lightly dredge the fish in flour, then dip in the egg batter. Fry in 350 degree oil until lightly browned.
