4 nice filets....or as many as you like, just adjust. Sprinkle filets with lemon pepper. Steam filets in wok until nearly done or done....don’t over do.
While steaming, melt 1 stick of butter in pan and mix in 1/2 -1 teaspoon of garlic powder or garlic salt, whatever you prefer.
Place filets in shallow baking dish, and cover with melted butter mix. Place in oven at 300 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes...baste with butter sauce every 5-8 minutes....cook until flaky or light brown on top.
Serve hot and spoon on some butter to taste......great with steamed vegetables as a side dish.
