The massive front and thunderstorm that moved through central South Dakota on June 7 left a trail of rubble. Winds estimated as high as 95 mph upended this 5th wheel camper in the Spring Creek area. At least four others were overturned in the nearby Cow Creek area. The Steffen brothers farm lost 5 grain bins, and more than 200 power poles were snapped off by the high winds. |
